Measured by user traffic on acukwik.com, Teterboro Airport was the top airport for business aviation in July 2017, according to site metrics.
The top three airports in July were the same as in June, albeit in reverse order. Washington Dulles International Airport remained in the No. 2 spot. The top airport in June, Paris Le Bourget Airport, came back down to earth after the Paris Air Show inflated interest in it during June.
Including Le Bourget, four of the top 10 airports — Toronto Lester B. Pearson International Airport, Nice Cote d’Azur International Airport and London Luton Airport — were outside the United States.
Eagle County Regional Airport (KEGE) moved ahead 173 rankings to join the top 50. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport (LEIO) on the Italian island of Sardinia zoomed up 111 places on the list. Both airports represent a seasonal trend toward increasing interest in tourist destinations for summer holidays. Airports in Athens; Mikonos, Greece; and Nassau, Bahamas, though always popular with acukwik.com users, rejoined the top 50 at the expense of airports, such as Dallas Love Field, JFK in New York and Dubai International, in, perhaps, more conventionally business-centric cities.
